Qualifications Necessary:
This position requires that you be a high school graduate and possess a minimum of one year of experience in arbitration, legal, collection, subrogation or claims adjusting. Experience as an insurance claims adjuster preferred. Familiarity with UCC and Fair Debt Collection Act helpful. Familiarity with Arbitration Forums greatly preferred. Individual must be extremely detailed oriented and organized. The ability to create spreadsheets and correspondence using Microsoft Excel and Word is needed. Effective communication skills – both oral and written and basic math skills are a must. Proven research/documentation skills needed. Bi-lingual Spanish is helpful.

Qualifications Necessary:
This position will be responsible for providing desktop support services for all company computers, including installation, diagnoses, repair, maintenance and upgrades for all PC hardware and peripherals. Will provide necessary troubleshooting and support to ensure workstation applications perform at optimal speeds. Will also troubleshoot problem areas and provide end-user assistance where required.
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, although an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have a minimum of three to five years experience working with Windows XP operating systems that includes installation, patch management, configuration and support. Knowledge of Vista operating systems a plus. Additionally, must have three to five years experience working with PC hardware that includes system board replacements, memory upgrades and disk drive replacements. Requires advanced knowledge of imaging workstations using Ghost software. Other skills required to do the job effectively include the ability to support multiple workstation configurations, lead projects for multi-workstation rollouts, collect, compile and organize facts, figures and/or other information when solving issues, communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with all levels within the organization and work independently as well as function effectively as a team member.

This position is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of the company’s Windows Intel servers. Will also have the responsibility of providing backup support for Cisco Routers, Firewalls, VPN Appliances, Web Filtering Devices, Email Systems, Microsoft SQL Servers, Intrusion Prevention Systems and Network Servers (DHCP, WINS and DNS).
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field is preferred. Industry certifications that include CCNA, MCSE or CCISP are a plus. One to three years experience with installation, configuration and support of Cisco routers/switches, Checkpoint Firewalls, Nortel VPN devices, Sniffer software, Intrusion Detection Systems, Spam Filter and Web Filter devices are required. Additionally, must have three to five years experience with installation, configuration and support of Windows Intel Servers, including Windows 203, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005, Arcserv or other back up products and anti-virus software. Basic knowledge of networking principles including core network routing (OSPF, BGP), ATM, Voice over IP, Sonet Technology and VPN. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange email systems required. Must have the ability to analyze and solve both common and complex computer problems through reasoning, troubleshooting and innovative thinking. In addition, must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels within the organization and have proven time management, judgment, problem solving, analytical and organization skills.
