Qualifications Necessary:
We are opening a regional Claims Branch in Phoenix, AZ and are seeking a strong Claims Managerial Candidate to help us accomplish this goal. This office will handle Bodily injury and Litigation Claims from the states of CA, CO, AZ and NV. The Claims Branch Manager is responsible for running and overseeing all aspects of a claims branch. This position will monitor and manage work performance and work flow in order to achieve stated goals and objectives. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 7 years automobile property and casualty claims experience and a minimum of 3 years auto claims management experience. Must have proven leadership ability, strong analytical and organizational skills and excellent verbal, written and overall people management skills. Must also have an extensive knowledge in all areas of claims handling along with solid computer skills and use with Microsoft Office products.

Claims
Bodily Injury Adjuster II
OH - Cleveland area

Qualifications Necessary:
This position is responsible for investigating and settling vehicle claims over the phone and through written correspondence. This level of claims adjuster will handle 1st and 3rd party claims. They will be required to investigate and determine coverage and liability and make the appropriate payments based on their decisions. Will primarily handle moderate to severe injury claims with both attorney represented and non represented claims. This position may also be exposed to claims in litigation as appropriate. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or insurance related courses a plus. One to three years casualty claims adjusting experience is required. Requires proficient PC skills as well as proven communication, time management, customer service and negotiation skills. Must possess the ability to prioritize and handle tasks with speed and accuracy. Also requires the ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) as well as the ability to calculate averages and percentages.

Email and Web Analytics Specialist
TN - Nashville

Qualifications Necessary:
This position will report to the Manager, Internet Sales and will be responsible for overseeing all of Permanent General's existing email programs while working closely with other departments to refine and expand the reach of our email eCRM program. This position will also be responsible for assisting in the utilization of analytics tools (i.e. WebTrends,TeaLeaf and Google Analytics) to optimize conversion and user experience on our consumer-facing websites. Qualified applicants will have a four-year degree in a related technical or business field, 2-5 years of in-house, hands-on email campaign management experience and at least 1-2 years experience with web analytics and the ability to integrate web metrics into robust reporting. Must have a strong familiarity with a variety of email marketing concepts, practices and procedures. Experience working in the auto insurance industry is a major plus. Experience writing queries using SQL or similar query language and a basic to intermediate understanding of HTML is required. Understanding of CSS, Javascript and basic database theory also a plus. Must have Excel skills (Charting, Formulas, etc.) and be technically savvy. A strong desire and ability to "own" an important role in a growing company is essential, as well as having a passion for email, ecommerce and the internet along with the ability to help build a data-driven culture. Must have excellent communication skills(both orally and in writing)and be a detail-oriented, analytical self-starter with the ability to handle heavy execution.
